About Us

We're J-Mack BBQ and we've been a premier BBQ restaurant in Gilbertsville, KY, since 2015. We're a local, family-owned and operated business that specializes in award winning BBQ. All our food is handmade and made fresh daily. We offer chicken, ribs, brisket, pork butt, sandwiches, BBQ plates, t-shirts, bulk orders, and much more. We have the friendliest staff around who are great at providing customer service. We've been cooking competition BBQ for 12 years now and we're proud to offer one-of-a-kind rubs and sauces. We’re looking forward to partnering with Marshall, Graves, and Livingston counties to continue to offer a premier BBQ experience. Our Story

J-Mack BBQ has been serving up mouthwatering barbecue since 2015. The restaurant originated in a family cooking competition in 2010 when the owner's father had a dream of owning his own restaurant. In 2014, the Tapscott family purchased the property and opened the doors of J-Mack BBQ’s first location. We're proud to open our restaurants in multiple states and we hope you'll visit us soon. We are a family-owned and operated barbecue restaurant. We offer dine-in and take-out services for lunch and dinner, as well as bulk orders for larger groups. Our homemade chips, rubs, sauces, and meats are one of a kind! We offer T-shirts with our logo on them, as well as bottles of our signature sauce in hot or mild. We also provide local delivery on large and bulk orders of up to $35.

J-Mack BBQ was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a delicious, satisfying meal. Our meat is award-winning because it is slow-cooked for hours to get that juicy, tender feel. We offer everything you could want in a BBQ joint, including chicken, ribs, brisket, pork butt, sandwiches, and BBQ plates. Everything is handmade and made fresh daily to ensure the highest quality product possible. With our excellent service and attention to detail, we aim to provide you with a dining experience that will exceed your expectations!
